More about the inside space: This home has a perfect layout for hosting 4 guests comfortably with the option of a third bed in second bedroom. There are two bedrooms, 4 beds, 1 bath, a fully stocked kitchen, a living room, dining room, and washer & dryer. We provide all basic necessities to make you feel at home including but not limited to; wifi, linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, oil for cooking, salt & pepper, tea, coffee, and creamer.

More about the outside space: At this home you will have access to the fully fenced in back yard, deck, and covered gazebo with propane fire pit and seating.

Why this location and home? Port Angeles is truly a hidden gem. No matter the weather or season you visit, you are sure to find yourself on an adventure! This home is located in the middle of it all, allowing easy access to downtown Port Angeles, and close to many outdoor activities.

4 min drive to downtown PA and the BC ferry. 4 minute drive from the Olympic National Park Visitor Center and base of Hurricane Ridge, 25 min to lake crescent, 57 min to Sol Duc Resort, 27 minutes to Salt Creek Rec area, 20 min to Elwha River, 1h 24m to lapush, 1h 56m to Cape Flattery, 1h 48m to hobuck and much more!

This home is located near town and public transportation. If you are looking to explore the various activities this area has to offer we do recommend having a vehicle.

*Guests will be charged an extra $25 for late check out; check out time is approximately (11am) unless otherwise talked about with host... the charge is $25 per 30 minute increments. Thank you for being respectful of the hosts and cleaners time.*

*There will be a Security deposit for $500 held against your card 48 hours before arrival. If no damage is reported by staff, this will be released 24 hours after checkout*
-Maximum number of guests not to exceed 6.

-No pets without prior written approval.

-Only use propane fire-pit if you have adequate experience and know how to operate safely. Use of the fireplace is at your own risk and with the understanding that you are responsible for any damage caused by your use of the same. Please do not introduce unapproved items in the fire-pit.

-Be a good neighbor, No trespassing onto neighboring properties.

-Because we keep our home sparkly clean for you, we kindly ask that you lend a helping hand. Clean any dishes used, put dirty laundry in hamper, you know the basic stuff... It helps keep the cleaning costs down for you and future guests.

-We're keeping the floors clean for our guests, please no shoes in house.

-Accidents happen, when they do please notify us as soon as possible. This is the best way to ensure the return of your security deposit.

-No illegal drugs allowed.

-Please be respectful of our neighbors. Please keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10:00pm and 8:00am.

-Please help mother earth. Turn lights and accessories off; heat at 60 degrees when not in use.

-No smoking of anything is allowed indoors, smoke it outside please.

-We are honored you decided to choose this home, however if your goal is to throw a party this is not the destination for you. Any such behavior will result in immediate removal from the property.

-Want to stay an extra hour or so? Should be fine but requires approval, let us know in advance.

-Please stay out of the attic, crawlspace, shop and storage areas. These areas are dangerous and not designed for guests.

-PARKING – Parking is limited to 2 vehicle(s).  Vehicles are to be parked on 10th street. Any illegally parked cars in the community are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

-Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental
rate.

-We do not permit towels or linens to be removed from the home.

-Storm: No refunds will be given in the event that a storm or severe weather conditions limits your accessibility to this home or causes a power outage. We recommend all-wheel drive/four-wheel drive and/or chains during snowstorms. We do not refund due to road conditions; however, we will assess this case by case and are willing to compensate accordingly to make it fair for both parties.

-Violations of these rules can result in additional fees or immediate cancelation of your reservation and removal from the property without refund.

-Guest(s) shall fully hold harmless Wanderers Choice LLC and its associates from any and all claims, lawsuits, causes of action, liability, loss, damage and/or injury, of any kind whatsoever including without limitation all claims for monetary loss, property damage, equitable relief personal injury and/or wrongful death.
