Equipped with August Smart Lock. Guests have the option to download the August Lock App to gain bluetooth keyless entry, or guests will be provided with their own personalized code.

We provide all basic essentials in the bathroom (soaps and shampoos) and kitchen (cookware, silverware, bowls, plates, pots, pans).

Guests may use the entire home (besides the attic, which remains locked).

To ensure the safety of guests, host, and cleaners, we have installed an outdoor security camera. There are no recording devices inside the home.

This home is proudly smoke-free. We take this rule extremely seriously. Smoking includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, cloves, etc. Violators will be expected to pay a $300 non-refundable Ozone cleaning fee.

When booking, please ensure you include everyone in your reservation. Extra guests will be expected to pay a fee/night of stay.
