Located just 10-15 minutes from the popular shopping and dining destinations of Old Town Scottsdale, Kierland Commons, this gorgeous property is the perfect retreat for family gatherings, golf trips, bachelor/ette celebrations, or just a relaxing getaway. With five bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is plenty of space for the family to come, unwind and relax and enjoy the beauty of Arizona! This home offers a spacious floor plan plus a formal dining room to seat up to 8. Chill out in the living room with the 70 inch big screen TV and 8 person sectional with ottoman which makes movie night better than the theater. Moving outdoors to the crystal clear pool and Five star Hot Tub, chaise lounge chairs to sun bathe and fire pit at night, you have the makings of a great end of day retreat after adventuring through AZ!

This home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction. We offer support during business hours for questions, comments, concerns, or general feedback, and 24-hour emergency support if needed :)
Inside boats a new Thomasville sectional with ottoman, 70 inch pull down TV, Sonos speaker system in living room. Formal dining table with 8 chairs, kitchen nook with designated workspace overlooks the backyard. Each bedroom has its own flatscreen TV with Wi-Fi, premium tv services and sitting area. Property has a 3 car garage, ping pong table, games, full size washer & dryer and is a split bedroom floor for privacy from master bedroom to other bedrooms. This is essentially a new place for you to enjoy.
