Summary:
Grand Pointe unit 205 is an beautiful, spacious, 2nd floor, 3/3, featuring flat screen TV’s in the living area and each bedroom, seating for 6 at the dining table plus 4 at the breakfast bar, a fully equipped kitchen, wet bar, full sized washer/ dryer, and Wi-Fi. The balcony overlooks both the Gulf of Mexico and Perdido Pass, offering the most phenomenal views. Grand Pointe has all of the amenities & its walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment such as The Gulf and San Roc Cay.

The Space:
Located on one of the most beautiful and unique areas of Orange Beach, Grand Pointe borders Perdido Pass to the east and the Gulf of Mexico to the south. This gives owners and guests access to so much more than your typical gulf front condo development! Most mornings you can watch dolphins play and fishing boats make their way into the gulf as the sun rises over the turquoise waters of Alabama Point. The boardwalk off the pool leads you to the shimmering white shores of the Gulf of Mexico!

Unit 205 is a luxurious, spacious, second-floor unit. This three bedroom, three bath unit has been professionally decorated and includes wood-like tile floors throughout. The kitchen features stainless appliances and granite counters. The unit has a wet bar with a dual wine and beverage cooler fridge, Wi-Fi, dining table with seating for six, plus room for an additional four at the bar. The master bedroom features water views, balcony access, and a king bed. The master bath features double vanity, walk-in shower, and jet tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a private bath. The third bedroom has a queen bed with a private bathroom. All bedrooms feature flat-screen TV's. Making use of the sleeper sofa in the living room, this unit will comfortably sleep 8.

Grand Pointe has a heated indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub, BBQ grill area, and easy elevator access to the unit. It is located just east of Perdido Beach Resort and is within walking distance of The Gulf restaurant and San Roc Cay marina which offers shopping, dining, entertainment, and fishing charters.

Guest Access:
Amenities at Grand Pointe include: beach side pool, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, fitness facility and a beautiful gazebo for cooking/picnicking complete with gas grills.

The Neighborhood:
Grand Pointe borders Perdido Pass to the east and the Gulf of Mexico to the south making it one of the most beautiful and unique areas of Orange Beach. Dolphins love to play in the pass so it almost a guarantee that guests will catch a dolphin sighting.
Amenities include a large gulf front pool, an indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, a sauna, steam room, exercise room, and a meeting room. There is a ground level restroom near the pool area. The grill area offers 2 gas grills under a covered pergola with seating. Grand Pointe is a private, gated community with coded access, and sits back from the busy boulevard so you never have to deal with any street noise. Bring your fishing rods to fish off of the jetties and your beach gear to use while enjoying the expansive beach!

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and local taxi are available. This complex is walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment such as The Gulf (next door) and San Roc Cay Marina (across the street).

Other Things to Note:
*We supply enough to get you started until you can make it to the store. This includes:
one roll of tp, bar of soap, small bottle of shampoo, small bottle of conditioner per bathroom. For the kitchen, one roll of paper towels, dish rag, laundry detergent for one load, one garbage bag in each can, and one dishwasher soap. We provide basically the same stuff you would find at a hotel so you will likely need to visit the store if your stay is longer than 2 or 3 days.
*We do not supply anything that can be consumed (coffee, salt, spices, oil, etc).
*A maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed at the complex. You get one parking pass free with booking but a second pass must be purchased ($50) at check-in if needed. If you have a 3rd vehicle, we can likely let you park it at our office for a one time fee of $25.00. Trailers are not allowed on the property.

Interaction with Guests:
We live locally and are available if needed. Office hours are M-F, 8AM-4PM. Sat/Sun, 10AM-12PM. After-hours calls are fielded by a call center who will notify us in the event of an emergency. After-hours messages will be fielded the next business day.
