Abundant hiking and mountain biking trails surround the home - get started at the Sugarlands Visitor Center in Great Smoky Mountains National Park, 19 miles away.

At the home itself, you’ll love the open layout and comfortable furnishings. Don your chef’s hat and step into the full, well-equipped kitchen to whip up family favorites, then serve them up at the adjacent dining table. Head out for mountain adventures, then return to relax in the central AC or cuddle up with a nice mug of hot cocoa if it’s chilly outside. Stream the latest release on any of three streaming-capable TVs, play some pool or ping-pong in the den, or use the free high-speed WiFi to check up on social media. Thoughtful family-friendly amenities include a crib, high chair, Pack 'N Play, and children's books. Four well-appointed bedrooms await when you’re ready to call it a night, but not before stepping outside to the deck for one last toast under the Smokies stars to booking the perfect getaway.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
