Deer Drink Overlook cabin is part of the Beavers Bend Log Cabins private 40 acre tract. Along with Deer Drink Overlook, six other cabins are spread amongst the private 40 acres. Three shared, catch & release, fishing ponds can be used by guests staying in any one of the seven cabins located on the private Beavers Bend Log Cabins 40 acres. Also, there is a nine hole frisbee golf course. Each cabin offers nine frisbees for guests to use during their rounds of golf.

Deer Drink Overlook is surrounded by woods, overlooking a drinking hole where deer often visit. It sets roughly 80 yards from the Tranquility cabin. The cabin can sleep a total of four guests, children included. There are two private bedrooms, one upstairs and another on the main level. The upstairs bedroom has a 40 inch HD TV with DirecTv programming and a small private balcony. Also upstairs, connected to the bedroom is a full bathroom. This bathroom features a spacious standing tile shower, with body sprays. The downstairs bedroom is also connected to a full bathroom, having a separate bathtub and tile shower with body sprays. A tank less hot water heater assures guests of a perfect shower every time. The cabin has an indoor gas burning fireplace and an outdoor wood burning fire pit. Also outside on the deck is a hot tub and charcoal grill. A horseshoe pit is also located outside, just beyond the deck. The kitchen is equipped with an electric range/oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, a regular 12 cup coffee maker, pots, pans, and a wide variety of basic cooking utensils. In any one of our cabins, the kitchen is furnished to make the preparation of any meal convenient. Glasses, cups, plates, and plenty of flatware are also provided. The living/TV area has a 65 inch HD TV and DirecTv programming. All premium movie channels are included in the DirecTv channel lineup. Deer Drink Overlook cabin makes a perfect paring with Tranquility cabin.

Deer Drink Overlook is one of seven cabins that receive a $25.00 discount on the community center when rental dates of both the cabin and center coincide. The cabins are Deer Drink Overlook, White Tail Waters, Seclusion, Tranquility, Redbud Retreat, Water's Edge, Bear's Den, and Shaui Chukka. Discounts are given for each of the six cabins rented. This allows the total discount on the Community Center to be anywhere from $25.00 for one cabin, to $200.00 for all eight cabins.
