Peaceful condo in beautiful 27-hole golf resort community

Heritage Bay is a wonderful, gated golf community in Naples. The championship golf course offers 27 challenging holes designed by Gordon Lewis and Paul Azinger. The course and community are nestled in a tranquil nature preserve with numerous lakes and palm trees. This fully furnished, ultra-quiet 1661 sq. ft. 2nd floor condo (top floor of two stories) will give you a fantastic view of the strategic par-3 6th hole. Watch the golfers or the wildlife in the pond from the screened-in, furnished lanai. Or read the newspaper and watch included cable TV in the nicely decorated spacious living room.

The Kitchen is loaded with modern stainless-steel appliances, elegant counter tops and cabinetry, and tile throughout. The luxury condo will provide you with all the comforts of home including internet access, washer and dryer, master and guest full bathrooms, walk-in closets, eat-in kitchen, dining area and spacious living room. The kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs.

Take it easy at the pool located a short one-minute walk from the condo, or if you prefer some physical activity, head to the club house (a 2-minute drive) where you will find a grand pool with drink service, hot tub, state of the art fitness center, aerobics room, tennis and pickleball courts and of course the awesome golf course. The instructors and pros are there to help you. Transfer membership is available to renters.

Heritage Bay has two lovely restaurants, the Grill Room and the more casual Cabana. There is live music several days a week, happy hour discounts, many special events every week, loads of social clubs and events to partake in.

The beautiful beaches, fantastic restaurants, quaint shops, numerous outlet malls and airport are only minutes away. Come and enjoy all that south Florida and Naples has to offer from this luxurious golf community.
