Fantastic Property in an emerging area of Ybor City

My stay was brief but very pleasant. I ended up spending the majority of my time downtown, but would certainly consider this property in the future. The Host has done an excellent job setting the standard for this area of Ybor City. The property boasts a beautiful interior, and a well maintained and secure perimeter.

I was a little scared of the neighborhood at first. After going into the house the fears went away. The house was nice equipped with everything you will need. We didnt cook anything so not having many pots and pans were fine to us. The yard was not well groomed. Mentioned it to the owner she responded immediately. They had a lot of rain and the grass grew fast. Other than the yard everything was great.

Absolutely wonderful!

Our family just spent the weekend and when I tell you the owners have thought of everything, they really have! Plenty of space, clean linens and towels, everything you could ever need or want in the kitchen (rice cooker included). The neighborhood is right up against an industrial area which felt a little strange at first since we arrived at night, but the property itself more than makes up for it and we felt safe the entire time. The only thing that could’ve been better was that the yard grass wasn’t cut and the cornhole boards were weathered and warped by rain. We didn’t mind because we spent the day out at the theme park, but other than that (if you care for it) - all good. The decor, thoughtfulness for large families and cleanliness were what helped make our weekend visit very comfortable. Super comfy beds and all! Don’t question if this is a good fit for your family (and traveling pets). It’s perfect and if we’re ever in the area again, we’ll be booking it again.

Hidden Gem in Ybor City

All the comforts of home! Anything you think you may need - it’s already there! This home has plenty of space, having multiple TVs was a huge plus with teenagers, very nicely decorated and super clean! The yard are was fantastic! Our fur-babies loved being able to run around and play safely. Although the surrounding area looked a little questionable - we felt extremely safe! The owner checked in with us regularly to ensure our stay was going well and instantly responsive to any of our needs. We will definitely look to stay here again when we come back to the area to visit!

This home does not skimp on CHARM. From the moment you walk into our thoughtfully decorated house, we want you to feel at home. This all starts with how we set up our beds to maximize the space. The home is a 3/2 equipped with a king, two queen beds and a twin bunk bed. Additionally, we've added two folding rollaway beds with brand new luxury memory foam twin-size mattresses to the rooms (we'll let your family draw straws for who sleeps where—ha!)

*We take the sanitation and cleaning procedures of our home very seriously. All linens are laundered with every new stay, and all commonly touched surfaces and objects are sanitized with every clean.

If you want to "work from home," we've got you covered there too with our high-speed 500 mbps internet. Or completely disconnect by having a coffee, cocktail or ice cold beer on our beautiful backyard.

Sure, eating at Tampa's best restaurants is fun. But sometimes we all need a nice home-cooked meal, right? That's why our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need to cook you and your family a nice dinner.

While the home is equipped to host 12 people, we think the perfect group size is 9-10. We're happy to host all 12, but keep in mind it is a little cozier as it's a 1300 square foot home.

We also provide a pack 'n play crib, high chair, kids utensils for anyone traveling with a kiddo :)

A bottle of red wine, chocolate and snacks on the kitchen island are provided for your enjoyment. And the bathroom is filled with all the nice toiletries you may need. Yes, we LOVE to treat our guests! :)

You'll see a fire pit and a charcoal BBQ in the backyard. Firewoods and charcoal are also provided for our guests. Our backyard is perfect for relaxing or gathering with friends and have fun. There is a corn hole game, ping pong table for adults and a swing for kiddos.
Pool table and a foosball table are in the garage for your entertainment.
As I mentioned earlier, this home is so perfect, you'll want to stay forever.
