In the event that any of the rules are not followed, there will be a corresponding fee to cover any necessary repairs, additional cleaning, and disturbances.

- Parties, events, and social functions are strictly prohibited in the apartment.

- Illegal activities, drugs, and any kind of commotion are not allowed on the property.

- No undeclared guests are allowed.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

- Do not leave the place excessively dirty.

- Please do not lose the keys or take them with you when you leave.

- Please declare if you will bring a pet and advise how many you will be bringing along. Building only allows small dogs and cats and will incur a $50 per pet fee. Unauthorized bringing of pets is subject to a penalty. We kindly ask that pets are not left alone in the unit.
