The apartment works as a house, it is located above two commercial space, with a dedicated entrance from the street and not neighbors sharing the building or with views.
The place is quiet, and the location is the best you can get.

Guest are allowed to use the entire apartment that has been designed exclusively as a rental place with Guest in mind.
I provide an automatized access to allow arrival flexibility.
