On a quiet and secluded block in a woodsy centrally located community the house provides families, groups and couples with the ultimate escape from busy city life. The house is located within walking distance of Lake Naomi's North Beach and only a short drive (5 min) to the main beach which has a tiki bar, pizza spot and swimming area. Also nearby, is a private outdoor pool (weather permitting) with a waterslide, bar and lounge area. For winter or cold days, the community center provides an indoor pool with child area and lap swimming. Also inside the community center is a full gym, tennis courts and basketball courts! Outdoor baseball fields and beach volleyball is also just around the corner! *Please note Lake Naomi amenities are available upon request from the community for long term renters.

With a spacious driveway, the house is nestled into the woods away from the street. The house itself is open and airy with high ceilings, wood decor, a fireplace and classic Pocono cabin vibe!

A front porch with space for chairs provides a quiet look, towards the front garden area and driveway. Once inside you'll find a tall ceiling providing a spacious living room area with a fireplace, tv and couch area. A dining room set with a leaf allows for big family or group dinners.

The kitchen provides a countertop for serving or quick meals, a brand new spacious refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and microwave make cooking dinner or meals just like at home.

After dinner (or before) you can enjoy the spacious backyard which includes a split level deck with benches and chairs, a wood table and chairs to eat meals or desert outside. Nestled into the corner of the backyard is a woodsy and classic open fire pit to enjoy making s'mores and memories with your family by the fire. On the side of the house is a spacious grass area, perfect for yard games.

For sleeping, the house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. On the first floor is a bedroom with 1 full bed and 1 bunk bed as well as a dresser and closet. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a loft! One bedroom has 3 beds, 1 full bed and 1 bunk bed. The other bedroom has a queen sized bed! The loft provides an extra possible sleeping area with a beautiful couch and tv lounge area! There is a full bathroom on the first and second floor.

For in house entertainment, you will find two tv's, both equipped with Roku providing access to your favorite streaming services. WiFi availability throughout the house and basic cable channels! Also found in the house is an assortment of board and card games, as well as a foosball table in the back bonus room area!
Guest access
You will have full access to the house. A lockbox with a key will provide access to the house and its space. The house has 2 Ring Cameras, one in the front and one in the rear. There are no additional cameras in or around the house.
