This is a 1 bedroom + 1 bath unit. Parking is located in the rear of the building. The Art Deco Inn is equipped with everything you need for your stay!

Guest can access the entire space!

I am here for support. My property manager or myself are always available, but we like to give you space!

Conventionally located just minutes from downtown Salt Lake City. This neighborhood is walkable, fun and near a ton of nightlife and restaurants!

Rideshare Apps + public transit or walking!

There is 1 additional nightly rental unit located in the same building. They units do not share any common space. The parking lot is the only area that is shared. There is also an Interior Design Studio located in the commercial unit in the front of the building. The Studio is closed at night.
Quiet Hours: Between 10pm-8am. Please be respectful of these hours for the surrounding neighbors / other tenants in other units of this property. The neighbors keep an eye on the home for me and they WILL call me if things are loud or seem out of place.

Fun Art Deco!!

Enjoyable stay, great location with restaurants and a small market within walking distance. Great place to base out of for hiking in the area.

NOT for extended stays- had to clean & report previous damages

I stayed here for 6 days, 5 nights. There is NO closet space, NO storage, NO dressers, NO drawers. I managed to clean out one small cubbie space, which was large enough to hold my purse & a few toiletries. I lived out of my suitcase 90% of my stay & could only hang a few clothes items. I requested an early check-in (not time specific- just an early check in)- to which I was told No- because the cleaning crew needed enough time to prepare the space. The space was NOT clean. The refrigerator had to be cleaned out because previous items were in it, the dryer had a bundle of sheets & towels in it, still damp (so after I finished doing the previous laundry- there was no where to put the clean linens and towels.) Both smoke detectors were disassembled, batteries removed, & units removed from the ceiling- leaving exposed wiring. The backboards on the two pieces of furniture- were loose & falling off, the lightbulb in a lamp was broken & removed, a lampshade was dented & bent (very visibly), & the dishwasher was full of previous dishes as well so I had to clean those & put them away. There was street construction for the entirety of my stay- creating driving and parking issues. Trying to receive a food delivery or use call a Lyft, made accessibility to the unit limited. Host did suggest calling maintenance for the smoke detectors & lightbulb- I refused bc I didn’t want to leave my luggage exposed while a stranger has to access to the unit. 4/10

Nice Place in a Very Good Area

The add describes the place very well. Nicely furnished and plenty of everything that you could possibly need. Suggest leaving a box of tissues out for guests. Hub and Spoke Diner at the corner is magnificent.

Disappointed. Not what we expected.

Our stay was soured with poor customer service, safety & cleanliness. Prior to our check in time we realized no check-in instructions were provided so we reached out to the host. When the host got back to us, he said we should have an email. The only email said, “The host hasn’t provided arrival information yet. For the most up-to-date info, contact the property manager directly.” We sent this to him only to receive instructions about 30 minutes prior to check in. When we arrived, we found that it was not clean. There was dried urine on the toilet, dust on all the credenzas & under the beds. The hand soap was not filled so we ran out during our stay. There was only one extra roll of toilet paper & no tissue. The shower curtain was too large, soiled & hard to avoid stepping on. The TV remote stopped working. There were no dressers or closets. The living room light fixture had many burnt out bulbs. Soon after we arrived, a couple came up & started putting a code in. The couple said they booked the same unit 3. It was confirmed they were at the wrong unit but we were concerned that our code had been given to them. We asked if he could change the code. He said he would but after 2 days had passed and 3 broken promises were made, it became evident he wasn’t prioritizing our safety. To prove our codes hadn’t been crossed, the host messaged the couple, asked for the code they had then sent us a screenshot with their unit code. Hence doing exactly what we didn't want done to us.
