Large beachfront condo in the popular 9400 building that is just steps from the beach. The condo offers a large living area, one bedroom, one full-bath and one half-bath. The living area features a fully-equipped kitchen with convenient breakfast counter, dining area and living room with sleep-sofa. There is a nice sized balcony off of the living area with favored southern exposure that offers nice beach, ocean and bay views. The bedroom features a king-bed and attached full-bathroom. There is an additional half-bath that serves the living area. Building amenities include an outdoor pool, large oceanfront activity deck, fitness room, laundry facilities, multiple elevators, assigned parking. Prime location that is within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, parks and shopping. $50 parking registration fee paid upon arrival to the on-site management office. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations shall be in writing. Processing, management and credit card fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to an additional processing fee. The Reservation will be in effect upon receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.
