This beautiful arts and craft style home offers plenty of space with an open floor plan and interior finishes that leave little left to desire. You are greeted by a wall of windows framing the Smoky Mountains and the large stone gas fireplace will also draw your attention in the great room with vaulted ceilings. You'll flow right into the high-end gourmet kitchen, with stainless appliances and everything you need to make meals for your group. Pull up a chair in the dining area while you overlook the mountains of WNC!

The large deck is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee while taking in the fresh mountain air. A covered portion with comfortable seating, features a fireplace to gather around and create memories to last a lifetime.

The 3 king guest rooms, all with mountain views, have been tastefully decorated and are sure to provide a peaceful place to rest. 2 additional queen beds are located over the garage, to allow for additional space for your large group.

You'll have access to the amenities Bear Lake Reserve offers including lake swimming, hiking, fishing, tennis, pickleball, seasonal pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, private theatre, rentals for pontoon boats, ski boats, canoes, kayaks and paddle boards. The Lake Club (14,000 square foot facility) offers a variety of dining options, and there is a 9-hole, Jack Nicklaus designed golf course on property. PLEASE NOTE, additional fees will apply to use the amenities.

Quiet Policy: Please note that the home/estate property is located in a very private and quiet gated community. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.

Pets: The owners WELCOME dogs, so please let us know. There is a $200 non-refundable per pet fee with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party. (This is NOT automatically added by VRBO, TripAdvisor or Airbnb, so please let us know so that we can add the fee for you)

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.
