The Fairway at Cypress is a condo located on the golf course within the gated Cypress Trace neighborhood. Guests can enjoy full membership access to Cypress Woods Golf Club throughout their stay.

There is free parking for 2 vehicles. One vehicle can be parked under the covered car park in a designated space and another in an uncovered designated space.

This is a second floor condo and the building does not have an elevator. The homeowners association requires all guests to submit a rental application and a $125 fee. If guests are interested in accessing the country club amenities and golf course, they are responsible for a $275 membership transfer fee.
