We are offering our little corner of paradise to share with our friends. Looking for a nice get away? About an hour from Mobile and 20 minutes from Pensacola, this is off the beaten path but close to most anything you might need. Home to some of the most spectacular sunsets on the Gulf Coast and you could enjoy them sitting on your porch swing with your favorite beverage. Open to longer rentals/ snow birds as well.
Relax and unwind just steps from the beautiful waterfront. Enjoy the stunning sunsets from your porch swing or your private balcony off the master bedroom. catch a glimpse of the dolphins swimming, fish jumping, the regal blue herons and even our resident osprey couple. If you are lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of a manatee or two. You can launch your kayak or catch a fish just steps from your door. ( Please note: Only kayaks and paddleboards may be launched from our pier. No Boats or Jet skis may be docked on the community pier at any time. )

This 1500 sq. ft. has two bedrooms and 1.5 baths. It can sleep 6 comfortably. It has a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops. Two interior living spaces are designed to take advantage of stunning views thru the many windows. This is a calming and peaceful place. Close to everything, yet delightfully off the beaten path. The community pier is perfect for launching kayaks, paddleboards or canoes. However, no Jet skis or boats allowed except by owners due to liability issues. There is a newly renovated boat launch one mile down the road if you need that.

Enjoy the gulf waters or long walks along the white sanded shores of nearby Johnson Beach, the National seashore. Always less crowded than public beaches and features great facilities, it is also an ideal spot for a beautiful sunrise or sunset. It isn't unusual to see the Blue Angels flying right over your head as their home base is just a few miles down the road.

You are close to a great selection of fabulous local restaurants and pubs. That includes the infamous Flora-Bama at the Florida/ Alabama state line less than 10 miles away.

You are just 20 minutes away from downtown Pensacola and all it has to offer.. great markets, shopping, restaurants and events.

20 minutes to Gulf Shores and attractions.

30 Minutes to the Foley outlets and OWA amusement park.

8 miles to the west gate of NAS Pensacola Home of the famous blue Angel’s and national aviation museum. During the year this is accessible with a DoD identification. Card holders can escort up to 15 people onto the base in two cars. During the November airshow, civilians are allowed on base.
