**Dog Policy**
- Dogs are allowed up to 45lbs
- $65 pet fee (per pet) to be paid prior to reservation through the resolution center.
- Breeds not allowed – Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, Boxers, Huskies, Wolf mixes, Mastiffs, Doberman pinschers, shar-pei. Contact prior with any concerns.
- Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. Extra fees will incur if hair is found on furniture or bedding.
- Pick up after pets, fines of $25 up to $200 will be charged if pet waste is not picked up.
- DO NOT leave dogs unattended under any circumstances
- Dogs must remain leashed, tethered, or confined at all times unless outside of gate by the lake.

Guest access
- You will have the ability to park 3 vehicles, more than 3 vehicles must require prior notification to hosts.
- Access code will be provided upon day of arrival.
