There are four generous bedrooms within the home with each offering a wall mounted TV, comfortable beds topped in soft, hotel quality linen and plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home. Bedrooms one through three feature soft, earthy tones and are filled with 2 king and 1 queen beds while bedroom four doubles as a second living space by day with a fold down sofa bed for an additional two guests by night.

On a sunny day, make your way out onto the private back deck and be surrounded by the picturesque wooded yard giving you a great secluded space to unwind. Cook up lunch on the BBQ with alfresco dining while the kids play on the front playground or just laze on the porch swing with a good book as you watch for free roaming wildlife making their way through the trees.

During summer, cool off in the gorgeous lake, sunbake on the beach or take a dip in the community pool after a game of tennis or basketball. Then of an evening, luxuriate in the warm, inviting hot tub before lighting up the fire pit and gathering together to toast marshmallows and share stories of the day’s adventures.

You agree to these house rules upon booking. We will impose heavy fines for violations.

- No house parties, please!
- No outdoor music is allowed at anytime. Please respect our neighbors and lower your outdoor voice after 9:00 pm.
- Check-in time is at 4:00 pm. Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Please check out on time so our cleaning and sanitation team has ample time to prepare for the next guests
- No smoking in the cabin or on the property
- No fireworks, open fire, candle/incense in the cabin or on the property.
- Children MUST be accompanied by adults in the backyard or front play space
- Spa cover and fire pit must be closed at all times when not in use
- You will be held responsible for damages caused by you or guests in your party
- The owner is not liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on premises or in or around the property. The owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest or any items that may have been left behind
