Large space for a big group
The size of this home definitely met the online description, as well as, accommodating the spacious needs required by our young adult family of six. We appreciated the overall cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms. The location was in a safe neighborhood and provided convenient access to the downtown and other local shopping areas. My one request would be for less clutter; we would liked to have had a closet large enough to hang up our clothes for ten days! Instead, my husband hung up some shirts in a very small closet space while we mostly dressed out of our suitcases, an inconvenience for us. Also would have liked the countertops and table tops and night tables to just be empty or less cluttered with ornaments, pic frames, books; we would liked to have had spaces to eat, place a cup/phone/laptop, cook etc without having had to move so many things out of the way. And, of course, remembering where to put them back at the end of our stay! The owner explained that they lived there so it’s their family home, well, it’s also being rented out-pricey at that -so some welcoming living space would be appreciated. Otherwise, a friendly house owner who stayed in touch throughout our stay. Yes, we would recommend renting this space.
