BACK PORCH BALCONY overlooks the outdoor pool and offers outdoor patio furniture and hooks provided for beach and pool towels.

Parking is available for 2 cars in any spot near the building-must use the guest pass to avoid towing.

PLEASE NOTE
•No motorcycles, golf carts or trailers are allowed on the property per HOA rules
•NO smoking or vaping inside condo or on the balconies- $250 fine
•HOA limits short term rentals to age 25+
•No elevator on site- you will need to be able to handle 3 flights of stairs
•Please note the spiral staircase and railing in photos to access the loft and consider if it is appropriate for the safety of all ages in your party.
•Dogs only under 20lbs. Must be potty trained and be on flea and tick control and in a crate when left alone.
$100 pet fee is required.

•NO Parties or Events $500 fine and loss of reservation
•Quiet hours enforced 11pm-8am per HOA rules
