🏠 This unit is part of a quadruplex. It shares walls and ceiling with another unit, but is very well insulated. ✨
🔊 Potential Noise: Our property has several detached units, so there may be some noise from neighbors in adjacent units. Please keep noise levels low between 20:00 and 8:00 to ensure a quiet stay for everyone.
🌳 Shared spaces: The courtyard and parking areas are shared with other guests.
🐾 Pet Friendly: We are pet friendly! Other guests in nearby units may also have pets.
🚗 Limited Parking: Parking is limited to a maximum of 2 compact cars per unit.
🍽️ Kitchenette: Equipped with a portable stove with two burners 🔥 and a refrigerator ❄️.

📅 Moderate cancellation policy:
100% refund if cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival.
50% refund if cancelled between 14 and 30 days prior to arrival.
No refund if cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival.
This means that if you cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel between 14 and 30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. If a guest cancels less than 14 days prior to arrival, no refund will be issued.

By car 🚗: Approximately 10-15 minutes to Orlando Science Center, Downtown Orlando, and Thornton Park 🍽️, a neighborhood known for its restaurants and boutiques.
Walking 🚶‍♂️: Around 20-30 minutes to reach Lake Eola Park and nearby areas.

🚫 No parties: Keep noise levels down after dark to respect everyone’s tranquility.
🚭 No smoking indoors: Smoking inside will result in an automatic complaint. If you smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
⏰ Check-in and Check-out:
Check-out: 10 am
Check-in: 4 pm
Grace period: You can check in as early as 2 pm or check out by 12 pm. If you need to arrive earlier or leave later than the grace period, an additional night will be added to your reservation.
🔒 Lock the doors: Make sure all doors are secured when you leave. The windows do not open, so please do not force them.
🛋️ Do not move the furniture: If you need to move it, please return it to its original place before you leave.
🐾 Dog Policy
We welcome up to 2 dogs per stay (SMALL breeds only). Please make sure to declare the total number of dogs you’ll be bringing when booking.
Small dogs: $60 each
It’s important that all dogs are declared in advance to ensure a smooth check-in and proper accommodations. Undeclared pets may result in additional fees or cancellation.
