You won't have to go far... in the building you'll find a Japanese sushi restaurant, nightlife and a grocery store is one block away.

Nearly ALL of Downtown Des Moines is fully accessible by the robust skywalk system which is 4.2 miles and connects 55 buildings, 12 parking ramps and so much more.

The living room has soaring ceilings with huge windows that showcase downtown Des Moines (there are privacy shades as well). The sofa is cozy with a large coffee table, comfy pillows, extra blankets as well as a side chair and smart TV that is ready to go for your streaming accounts or enjoy some of the included free options! The ottoman can also be positioned to the sofa and used as a bed as well (topper, bedding, pillows, etc. are provided). A pack n' play and high chair are available upon request.

The kitchen is complete with the essentials to make your stay comfortable such as bakeware, cookware, a Keurig (coffee, creamer and sugar are included) and more. The open concept continues with plenty of seating at the raised bar. Laundry is easy with the private washer/dryer and included supplies in a separate room just off the kitchen.

Just off the main living area, you'll find the bathroom that has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, extra towels, a hair dryer and more. This unit is situated at the end of the building, which offers a huge wall of windows in the bedroom, also with privacy/room darkening shades. The bedroom also has a smart TV. The large walk-in-closet has plenty of storage as well as a drying rack, ironing board, iron, laundry supplies and everything you might need to make your stay comfortable.

While I love all pets, only dogs are allowed (restricted breeds: Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Akita, Rottweiler, Chow, Doberman Pinscher & Mastiff).
You're provided with an onsite, covered parking space in the garage next door. Take advantage of the robust skywalk system that connects all of downtown Des Moines. Public transportation, ride share, bicycle rentals and more are right outside the front door. Interstate access is a quick, 3 minute drive to get you anywhere you need to go.
