The third bedroom is located on the lower level of the property. It has a dual-level bunk with playing games and accessories that appeal to kids of any age. Afterward, head off towards the bathroom featuring granite countertops encased by a tub/shower combo perfect for washing away your exhausting day full of laughter-filled memories.

**LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN**
Enjoy the convenience of an open-concept kitchen with all the appliances that you need for cooking, adjacent to a generously sized sunken-style living room offering panoramic views of the cabin. Wind down with entertainment on the smart TV, complete with streaming services. Please use your personal logins to access your favorite shows and movies.

**GAME ROOM**
Take a leisurely stroll down the stairs and enter into a world of fun for all! The large, inviting game/family room boasts something to suit every taste - from an exciting game night around the poker or uno table, lively competition on the shuffleboard court, dads reminiscing their glory days over darts games and everyone snuggled up to watch movies together on TV with treats from cozy wet bar.

**OUTSIDE SPACE**
Nestled in nature, our rental cabin features an outdoor oasis with a hot tub, fire pit, and cozy Adirondack chairs. Share peaceful moments together while indulging your senses - steamy warmth caressing skin as star-filled skies blanket the night above. Create sweet memories roasting marshmallows over crackling flames on our firepit surrounded by laughter among loved ones or you can also enjoy our outdoor fireplace. While sipping your favorite wine and relaxing on our outdoor couches while watching football or your favorite TV show outdoors with friends by our big screen TV set in these spectacular surroundings; whichever way it goes, each moment spent here will create lasting memories no matter what time brings forth. Guest Access:
All areas of the home, with the exception of the supply closets.

Other Things to Note:
Pets are allowed for a certain fee, but should be communicated to us prior to arrival. Do let us know how many of your fur babies should we expect to arrive as well. 🙂

Guests are required to sign Cherokee Rose Homes Rental Contract prior to their reservation

This space has been prepared for guests traveling from out of town!
We love to host guests from out of town who have previously stayed in short-term rentals and earned favorable reviews.

While we appreciate the interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away.

Firewood is not provided. Please coordinate with us before your arrival, if you would like to purchase some firewood for your stay. There will be a $500 fine for fires left unattended or fires that were not put out prior to leaving or retiring for the night. We don't want any embers be blown over to the nearby trees/woods, or anything that can potentially set it on fire.

The road going to the property is half-gravel half-paved. No 4x4 needed and can be driven with a regular vehicle but not with a sports car.

Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen their identity and check criminal databases to confirm their reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions. Guests are required to complete the guest screening booking requirement, to avoid cancellation of the reservation.
