Walk or Bike to Beach! 6 Bed Cottage by The Sea~Beach Toys+W/D, 2 TV, Park Boat!

This cozy 900 sq ft private coastal designed Cottage by The Sea has all you need for a great getaway on The top of Hutchinson Island in Ft Pierce!

We’re just a minute drive w/ free parking or 10 minute walk to restaurants on the water, (.2 mile) and plenty of beach options! My fav is the beautiful blue & green waters beach at the South Causeway Park inlet (.5) where you can fish, rent jet skis, launch a boat or any water toys you bring & lots of FUN! The beach at the Jetty Pier is awesome & walking the pier never disappoints! You can fish there or watch the expert pelicans catch all day long as the waves crash upon the pier! The cottage sleeps up to 6 but make sure to come w/ only those you love as there is only one full bathroom! There’s room to park a small boat trailer!

Master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. Second bedroom has a small desk & two bunk beds ( they are actually comfortable!!)

Living room has a sectional couch & cable TV (with sports package) and the enclosed FL room (lania) has a futon couch that turns into a bed with a smart TV ready for your streaming apps!

Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, dishes, pots & pans, a Keurig with free coffee & a washer /dryer is free to use. We even provide detergent to start your stay!

INSTANT BOOK STILL REQUIRES CONFIRMATION OF HOUSE RULES - include ALL guests & pets on the reservation AND at time of booking please also message with confirmation of the number of guests, that all are non smokers & whether your bringing an animal. Entry will not be permitted without this info & cancellation policy will stand.

Enjoy the big backyard with a dining table and Adirondack chairs & a hammock for lounging the day away! Not fully fenced in.

We have beach accessories, cooler, towels, toys, beach mat, chairs, umbrella etc.. for your use! (See photos) - please just bring these back free from sand. Use the rinse off at the beach & we have a hose by the front steps.

At least two bikes are available for your use, plus a three wheeler… at your own risk. We do not have helmets available so if you plan to use bring a helmet.

Outside home security cameras that record are located at both entry doors and inside the garage covering both outside entrances.

The garage is not included except to use the washer & dryer, get extra supplies found on the shelf or access the bikes & beach gear. Please return the gear free of sand. The rest of the garage is owner storage and should not be tampered with.
