A gorgeous view of Lake Coeur d'Alene and the surrounding pine-covered mountains is yours to wake up to at this newly constructed guesthouse located just above downtown Harrison, right in Downtown Harrison. It's a location that can't be beaten - a peaceful spot with an amazing lake view that's just about a quarter-mile from the heart of town down the hill. You'll be able to walk to the beach, the 73-mile Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes, boat and bike rentals, the marina, restaurants, ice cream shops, bars, live music, and fun-filled annual events.
The guesthouse is newly built and in truly wonderful condition, perched up above the main house on the property. The living space is bright and open, with large windows letting in the view and sliding glass doors opening to the deck and gas grill. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a walk-in pantry, and both window-side and island breakfast bars. It connects to a living room with an electric fireplace, a smart TV, and a DVD player for your entertainment. Don't forget to take advantage of the home's seven-person hot tub after a fun outdoor adventure.
