Neighbourhood is very vibrant and safe, lots of locals shops and restaurants walking distance and the more you walk the more you will find. Public transportation is available across the neighbourhood. Great place for travellers who like to explore and be immersed in the culture.

Most amenities are walking distance from the apartment. If you do end up using a vehicle, there is parking available on the property itself. A quick 1 minute walk down the street will have you on the main road that is filled with reliable and affordable taxis.
House rules.
- All Guests must read and acknowledge and comply with all rules listed in house rules.
- This is a self check in Property: You certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions you are being provided by your Host and Airbnb.
- All guests must provide clear pictures of each guest’s passport or government ID (Only for locals) prior to entering the premises.
- Check-in is at 4 pm. All key codes and important information will be sent 24 - 48 Hours before check-in
- Check out is at 11AM. Late check-out will result in an additional fee of $35 USD for every hour past 11AM. Once 3 hours have passed, you will be charged for an entire day of reservation for the unit. (Please note that this charge does grant you access or additional time for the unit).
- Parking is available at designated parking in front of the building.
- No food or drinks in the bedrooms
- Pets under 80lbs are allowed, an additional cleaning fee of 25$usd will be applied
- No smoking or vaping on all property. Smoking is only allowed outside the building in the parking lot. Smoke sensors are installed on property and will notify us if there is smoke present. Failure to comply will result in a fee of up to $200USD.
- No Parties, events or gatherings allowed. A fee of $500usd will be charged for any parties
- Occupancy limit is 16. No more than 16 people in the house at all times. If the number of people exceeds the amount listed above it will be considered as trespassing and the said individual(s) will be removed from the premises
- No additional unregistered guests. For every additional unregistered guest a fee of $25USD will be charged
- Quiet Hours are from 11pm to 6 am, Please keep noise to a minimum at these times.
- A lost key card will result in additional fee of $35USD
- No shoes in the house. Please remove shoes inside - No illegal activity or illicit drugs will be tolerated. Failure to comply will result in cancellation of reservation and removal of the guest of the premises. No refund will be administered.
- Report any damages immediately. Any new damages found after check-out and not reported will result in loss of security deposit and any damages that exceed deposit must be paid for by the guests and will be reported to the booking platform. Additional fees up to $2000USD depending on severity of the damage.
- You agree that you are booking in Goodwill and will not attempt to damage the hosts business because you are unhappy with a ruling in a previous dispute between you and the Host.
