Fully furnished, never lived in, complete with everything you need to fulfill your dream vacation in the quiet woods minutes from the beach.
The space
Brand new 2022, this quiet tranquil escape is nestled amongst the woods on nearly 3/4 acre just minutes from the beach. Suitable for long term rentals with designated work space and high speed internet.
Guest access
You will have access to every part of the house except the master closet. This is our supply closet.
Other things to note
Our bunk bed is ONLY suitable for children so no more than six adults. Sorry for the inconvenience but we do care about the safety of our guests!

First, have fun and enjoy your stay ! Booking acknowledges understanding and agreement to all House Rules. Please kindly remember the following:
(1) Adults over the age of 25 only; children and infants welcome. Undisclosed/unauthorized overnight guests prohibited.
(2) Smoke-free property. Please do not smoke anywhere on the property. ($500 fine assessed for violations). No candles or incense. We will provide flame-free candles.
(3) Please do not venture into the woods in back, as wildlife is plentiful !
(4) Please be sure to put garbage cans out by 8:00am on Wednesday morning(but not the previous evening as wildlife in the area is abundant!)
(5) Please be sure not leave doors open while air conditioning is cooling.
(6) Please do not bring food or drinks into the bedrooms; enjoy in the living/dining areas !
(7) As stated, not suitable for pets. Pets of any kind are not allowed and subject to $250 fine.
(8) Please do not move the furniture
