Spacious condo located in Demere Landing, Unit 137 sleeps 8. The Demere Landing Community has beautiful landscaped grounds with two lagoons and swimming pool access (open seasonally). This community is centrally located within a 1/2 mile to the beach and a 10-minute bike ride to the Pier Village, restaurants and shopping on the island.

1st level – garage

2nd level – 1/2 bath at entry, kitchen with a Keurig, open dining room with seating for 6, 2 bar stools at kitchen counter, Large TV in family room with access to covered porch. Elevator serves all floors.

3rd level – Office/sleeper full size sleeper sofa, no TV in this room. End of hall is a bedroom with King size bed with access to a covered porch, TV and adjoining bathroom with a separate tub, shower and double sinks. Laundry Room located in the hall.

4th level – Guest bedroom has 2 single beds with access to a covered porch, small TV and adjoining bathroom with combination tub/shower. Guest bedroom at the end of the hall with a King size bed with access to a covered porch, TV and adjoining bathroom with a combo tub/shower.


Parking is limited to 2 cars and garage parking is available.


A starter supply of products to include:
2 rolls of paper towels in kitchen
2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom
1 starter supply of hotel quality toiletries per bathroom
3 dish laundry detergent pods

Don’t forget to bring your beach chairs, beach towels and sunscreen!


Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Elevator: This property offers an elevator. As a residential elevator it is not guaranteed to be ADA compliant.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups.We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

Booking Policy: Unfortunately we can't host reservations that create 1-2 night gaps.
