The Space:
Our Poconos vacation home is a spacious retreat for up to 10 guests. It has 5 bedrooms (2 king beds, 5 bunk beds, and 1 single bed) and a sun-filled living area with high-end furniture. The large kitchen and bistro-style dining area are great for family meals. Relax on the private balcony or in the hot tub with stunning nature views. The backyard has a fire pit for cozy gatherings, and there's a game room with a pool table for entertainment.

BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1 (2nd floor) - 1 king bed and Smart TV. Its ensuite bathroom has a tub and shower combo.

Bedroom 2 (2nd floor) - 1 twin bed above the slide plus a twin-over-full bunk.

Bedroom 3 (2nd floor) - 1 king bed and Smart TV.

Bedroom 4 - 1 twin-over-full bunk bed.

Bedroom 5 - 3 twin-over-full bunk beds.

All bedrooms have cabin decor, cotton linens, wood furniture, and large windows for natural light and greenery views.

BATHROOMS
The home has 2.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a tub and shower combo. Another bathroom has a walk-in shower with modern tile work and a rain shower fixture. There is also a half bath near the common areas for convenience. All bathrooms are recently upgraded with designer finishes and bright lighting for getting ready or relaxing.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE
The kitchen is a spacious area with modern appliances and ample storage. The custom cabinets are fully stocked with utensils, tableware, and small kitchen appliances. There are expansive counters for meal prep and a butcher block table for additional seating.

The formal dining room is adjacent to the sun-filled living area. It has a farmhouse-style table for six, a beautiful light fixture, and windows and French doors leading to the deck.

The spacious living room has high ceilings, hardwood floors, and large windows overlooking the wooded lot. It has comfortable seating, a fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. It combines the charm of a log cabin with modern designer finishes.

The lower level has a second living room with leather furniture, a pool table, darts, and a TV. It's perfect for entertainment while the kids enjoy a movie night upstairs.

OUTSIDE SPACE
This home offers a spacious deck overlooking the woods and fire pit, perfect for outdoor lovers. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or have breakfast as a family before heading out for the day.

There is a charcoal grill for delicious grilled meals and a hot tub for relaxation after outdoor activities.

On the ground level, there is a fire pit with Adirondack chairs for cozy evenings under the stars. The oversized backyard has plenty of shade from mature trees and is great for running and playing.

Guest Access:
You'll have easy access to your Poconos vacation home with a keypad on the front door, allowing you to come and go as you please without worrying about keeping track of keys. We will provide you with your unique smart code prior to your arrival. There is also a private, circular driveway with plenty of room for several cars, making it convenient for you and your group to arrive and depart with ease.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES
Our Poconos vacation home is located within a community that offers a variety of amenities for our guests to enjoy. You must pre-register for them 4 days prior to check-in. We'll assist you with the registration process and provide you with the link.

Please note that additional fees apply for community amenities, and amenity wristbands are $9/person per day. However, six complimentary wristbands are included with your reservation, and guests 12 years of age and younger receive free wristbands. Take advantage of these amenities to enhance your stay and create unforgettable memories.

Important Information for Your Stay at Wish Tree Bnb
We want to ensure that your stay at Wish Tree Bnb is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Here are some important details you need to know:

To book, guests must be at least 25 years old and parties are not allowed. Please note that pack n play sheets are not provided and a signed Vacation Rental Agreement is required before arrival. For security, Ring Cameras are located around the cabin perimeter and a Minut Noise Monitoring Device is inside. Dogs are welcome with a $75 additional charge per pet. Please inform the Host in advance. A charcoal grill is available at The Lodge, but guests must bring their own charcoal. Firewood is also required for the backyard firepit.
