Stunning Villa Avalon for 9, pool, 2 mins to beach

Villa Avalon is located in Okrug Gornji just 110m from the beach. The most famous beach in the area, the main one, almost 2 km long with bars and restaurants is only 400 meters from the property. From there, in summer there is a boat connection to Trogir every 15 minutes in summer.
If you want to explore the surrounding islands, the best way is to rent one of our speedboats. Our skippers will take you to Dalmatian's best hidden beaches and bays.

The space
Villa Avalon is a beautiful 4 bedroom villa near the town of Trogir, whose exclusive location and traditional architecture offer the perfect combination of natural environment and modern technology. Like a true oasis of peace and quiet.

It's built over three floors.

ENTRANCE FLOOR
Living room & Kitchen

This is the “middle floor” of the house. From the front door you will immediately access the lounge area. This open-plan living room comes with a sofa, flat screen TV, pool table, and fully equipped kitchen with dining table for 9 people.

The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, toaster, ice maker, blender, large set of cutlery (24 pieces each), glasses of all kinds (for red wine, white wine, long drink, soft drink , shot, latte macchiato, tea cups, coffee cups), a variety of dishes, bowls, pans and pans.

From this open space you can access a huge terrace overlooking the sea with outdoor furniture.

UPPER FLOOR
Two bedrooms for 5 people

Above the lounge area, a spiral staircase leads to two of the four bedrooms. The rooms have a private bathroom. One of the bedrooms is a triple bedroom and provide a double bed and a single bed.

All beds are spring beds and very comfortable. Each bedroom has access to a balcony equipped with outdoor furniture. From the balcony you have an incredible view of the sea.

Bathrooms are equipped with a double sink and shower cabin. Towels, bathrobes, and complimentary sets are also provided.

LOWER FLOOR
Two bedrooms for 4 people

Through the same spiral staircase, one floor under the living area is two more bedrooms. Both rooms have a private bathroom with a double sink and shower cabin upstairs. These two rooms have direct access to the pool deck. All beds are spring beds and very comfortable.

HOUSE
The house is surrounded by stairs and terraces. On the west side, you'll have access to a smaller room we call a “game room” where your kids can play PlayStation on a large flat-screen TV.

A laundry room is also available on the east side of the house. This room is mainly used by staff working in the house.

The beach door is steps to the pool deck. The whole house is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation.

POOL
The 24 m2 infinity pool is available on the lower floor of the house. Its terrace is equipped with sun loungers and beach towels. The outdoor shower is right by the pool.

The house is equipped with a “Sonos” sound system. Sonos is the smart speaker system that transmits all your favorite music in any room or every room. Check your music with a simple app and fill your home with pure, engaging sound.
