Ok Stay at The Tides
Pros:
Nice gated community
Plenty of parking
Nice pool
Plenty of space
Plenty of towels provided
Washer/dryer
Rehoboth parking pass
Cons:
- Hot tub broken
- Lack of traditional cable TV (can’t get local news!)
- Apple TV lacked remote, no instructions
- Air quality was bad, air filter appeared caked with 5 yrs of dust (all were sneezing and coughing all week when in unit)
- Squeaky mattress in MBR and lack of curtains made sleep difficult
- No bicycles in garage as posted in original listing (part of reason we booked this place was the proximity to bike path; the listing said it came with two bikes so we didn't bring ours, but none were there; we contacted management right away and tried throughout the week to get a resolution; only thing they were able to do was take that part out of the listing)
- Living room needs a comfortable sectional. Furniture was attractive but not comfortable at all.
- Landscaping crew came multiple times during the week starting very early in the morning.
- Wish there was a screened porch like most of the other units.
We stayed at another unit in The Tides last summer which is why we didn't hesitate to book this place. That one was FAR superior to this one.
