**The Home**
A stylish 3 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse on North Padre Island ideally located 15-20 mins from downtown Corpus Christi & only 15 mins to Port Aransas. Whether sitting under the stars enjoying a fire in the backyard, or relaxing in the AC after a long day at the beach, this fresh space offers a great beach getaway for those looking to relax.

The townhome blends a spirit of rustic ocean design with a modern splash and updates that make it easy to enjoy. The kitchen is fully stocked and the living space is well furnished. Sleeping accommodations include a master bedroom with a King bed downstairs along with an en suite full bathroom for convenience, plus 2 extra-large bedrooms upstairs with more comfortable sleeping space. A small balcony upstairs plus a spacious patio downstairs ensures you get plenty of island sun!A washer and dryer provide the opportunity to do a quick load of laundry if needed.

Traveling to the beach is a great way to disconnect, but if work is needed to be done, there are three computer desks and chairs to login and take advantage of the high speed internet! Enjoy a family movie night on the 65" 4K Smart TV or utilize free Netflix access in each bedroom for a more private viewing.

Our small family enjoys the tranquility of the island and all that it offers. If there is anything we can do to help your stay become more relaxing or enjoyable, we are here to answer any questions that you may have! This property is available for year round enjoyment.

**Owner's Favorites & Tips**
Bob Hall Pier and Whitecap Beach are great for beach BBQ's, swimming, surfing, sunbathing and so much more.. If you'd like to explore further, take a drive down the sandy beaches to Mustang Island State Park, 15 minutes away, and enjoy hiking along 20 miles of picturesque trails. Don't forget, Padre Island National Seashore, the longest stretch of undeveloped barrier island in the world is also right there!

Is this a fishing trip? Fellow fishermen will love the proximity to a variety of local guides including Saltwater Cowboys, Southbound Fishing Charters, and Outback Fishing Adventures.

If you're wanting to simply visit Corpus Christi and enjoy the island while you stay, this rental is great for visits to Selena along the downtown boardwalk, USS Lexington Museum, Texas State Aquarium, and and the Schlitterbahn Waterpark and Beach Resort. If you're a parent, enjoy a comfortable stay with only a 10 mile drive to Texas A&M University- Corpus Christi :)

Fun little TX trip!

My husband and I booked this trip because we love south TX! (My dad and step mom live down here and this is where he and I got engaged in 2022! - Mustang Island!) The stay was perfect and the house was exactly as described. We ended up having to move rentals halfway through our stay but were taken care of from start to finish, 100%. We were moved to a nice rental as well. We have 0 complaints at all. We will definitely book with them again!

Weekend getaway

Check in was simple Beds were so comfortable! (Mem. foam) Loved the vibe of the home! Fire pit outside was an amazing touch to whine down after a long day. House stays cool for the most part.

Thanksgiving/1st Birthday getaway

I honestly thought about rather this was a 4 or 5 star stay when I was still there. There were some amazing things we had during our birthday/holiday family celebration stay. The good: The listing was very accruate and the place was sooo cute! It had a whole bunch of just little things like spices and body wash that one could easily forget (we did). It was clean and we got a text ahead of time that gave us so much information about checkin and our stay and who to contact if we had issues (James). There was easy parking since it is an end unit. The outside areas were also fun to enjoy in the weather! The bad: the dining room table is bench seating and the other chairs are high bar stools. There is limited living room seating (just a couch for 3) when the house sleeps 6-8 comfortably. Since i saw the seating ahead of time and was able to ask questions to ensure we prepared to make the space work. The unusual: There was damage to the stairs from previous guest. Unfortunately, we reserved with two young kids so less than ideal. We also could not get the internet to work on our devices. The downstairs bed was not comfortable for one of the guest with a disability with mobility issues (it is memory foam). When it came down to it, James was amazing at responding. They knew about the stairs and apologized for the heads up (which frankly, what are you going to do between guest when something like that happens?). The internet, James troubleshooted with us. Our stay met our needs!

Overall, the place was convenient and well equipped. However, the rugs in master bath need cleaning badly. There were no large bowls to mix salad in. The internet was spotty and streaming difficult at times. Beds were comfortable. Décor was cute. There must be some kind electrical problem as lights would dim and fan would slow down and speed up.

A perfect getaway!

I was initially in town for work but decided to extend our stay to make a vacation out of it. The house was exactly as described and we could not have been more pleased. The bedrooms were spacious, there was plenty of space for my husband and I to do our work thing in the day and not interrupt each other. The upstairs desk area was so comfortable! The location was ideal with the beach just minutes away, stores and good places to eat very plenty and close by. The neighborhood was quiet and despite being behind a Main Street it was very quiet and comfortable. I am looking forward to our next stay. This felt like home!
