The main entrance , entry courtyard , the upper level furnished will not be used by anyone else but you . All interior areas , room , decks and images on the upper level that you see on this listing will be for your exclusive use ONLY during your stay and private to you . There are no common areas in the upper level and completely separate just like a single family 1 story street level home . The lower floor owner's unit ls not directly below your floors . Your floors for most part are sitting on flat rock so its not same as one apartment directly on tp of another and much more private . Lower level will most likely NOT be unoccupied during your stay so you will enjoy complete privacy but you may confirm this prior to booking . You may also inquire to book the lower level in addition for 2 additional king wise bedrooms, 2nd kitchen , living room , deck and a state of the art full bathroom and steam shower.
