There is an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) above the garage that is included when the property is rented. The cozy ADU includes a queen-size bed, a full bathroom, and a kitchen along with a washer and dryer.

KITCHEN/DINING: This spacious and fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for fabulous meals. There's a range, dishwasher, blender, coffeemaker, garbage disposal, and microwave.
