The Space:

This home offers high end finishes, luxury kitchen appliances, pool, pool table, and much more. It is perfect place for a family vacation or a weekend getaway. The gigabit speed internet offers the highest speed wifi in the area, enabling you to stream from all 5 TV's and work remotely if needed.

The fully fenced in backyard is a Florida oasis. We have a beautiful putting green, pool, outdoor dining area with TV, Outdoor Kitchen, Fire Pit, and sunbathing chairs available for guests to use. This area is perfect to cool down in the Florida sun, unwind while reading a book or enjoy an evening cocktail by the pool. There is a grill and games available for guests in the backyard.

The kitchen is an entertainer's dream. This newly renovated space is equipped with brand new appliances. The kitchen is open flowing, so you can cook, entertain and be a part of conversation between the living room, pool table and dining area all at the same time. The island has barstool seating for five guests, which is just a few feet away from the dining area. Eat dinner overlooking the pool and backyard lit up at night.

The living room has a giant sectional, provided enough space for your entire group to lounge out, relax and unwind. The 65" smart TV can be seen from the couch and kitchen, so the entire group can watch live TV or stream their favorite shows and movies.

In the game room there is a neon light up sign with the name of the house “The Harbor” lit up on the wall. This wall is ideal for snapping Instagramable worthy photos, to create a memorable trip with family and friends. Also in the game room is a pool table, 2 55” TV’s to watch all your sports and an arcade table to play a game of Pac Man.

The master bedroom has a king bed. The bedroom has a 55" TV, allowing you to stream your favorite shows or watch live TV while you wind down. The master bedroom has sliding doors, for direct access to the pool deck. The master bathroom has a walk in shower with 2 shower heads, a large mirror and an oversized walk-in closet to unpack your luggage for a relaxed stay. This bedroom includes a full length mirror and oversized dresser.

The first guest bedroom has a king bed. This room is ideal for families traveling with children that want a little more privacy from the rest of the group. The bedroom includes a full length mirror.

The second guest room is a bright and airy room, which includes a king bed, full length mirror, and custom closet to store your luggage.

The third guest room is the bunk room with a full over full bunk bed. It is connected to the bathroom that can also be accessed via the pool deck and outdoor kitchen.

Guest rooms 1 and 2 share a full bathroom equipped with a shower/tub combo.

Inside the house, there is a washer and dryer for guests to use at their leisure.

The house comes with a two car garage. Additionally, the garage comes fully stocked with beach essentials such as an umbrella, kids beach toys, beach towels. lounge mats, etc.

We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge:
- to abide by our rental terms and conditions.
- to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG
- the waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.
