This one-story home sleeps five guests between two bedrooms and a bonus room.
The primary suite is furnished with a queen bed and a desk. Open the curtains to take in the seemingly endless view. The en-suite bath has a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom holds a king bed and a rocking chair. The second bath has a walk-in shower.
The snug bonus room offers a twin bed and a TV.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Four Adirondack chairs on the front patio invite you to soak up the California sun, while a ping-pong table on the walled patio offers hours of amusement. The patio offers doggie-door access which can be fully enclosed with gate.
The best Pacific views can be found at the gazebo lounge. Perched on the hillside above the home, you'll be able to see all the way to the Channel Islands on clear days.

This rental does not have air-conditioning. The hot tub on the property is not available for guest use.
The City of Ventura requires a minimum stay of seven nights at all vacation rentals during the period beginning on the second Friday in June and ending with the last Friday in August.

THE LOCATION
Stroll 10 minutes to Main Street to find an abundance of shops and restaurants, as well as galleries showcasing the area's vibrant art scene.
Travel 1 mile to Ventura Promenade to relax on the pier or sunbathe on the beach. When the waves are right, pay a visit to Surfers Point at Seaside Park.
Nearby attractions include Ventura Botanical Gardens (0.8 miles) and Mission Basilica San Buenaventura (1 mile). Drive 5 miles to Channel Islands National Park Visitor Center and plan an island excursion to hike or kayak the island, or go whale watching with the park's boat cruise concessionaire.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
