Nestled amid the treetops, this family-friendly, four-bedroom home is the perfect Incline Village hideaway. More than 4,000 square feet of open-concept design spans three stories, offering a beautiful kitchen, a game room with a pool table, and unparalleled outdoor space, including five decks built around towering pines.
Interior highlights include vaulted wood-beam ceilings, new floors, and two fireplaces. Take in forest views from nearly every room, or check out the tranquil Second Creek winding past the property. Nearby public beaches, golf courses, ski resorts, scenic trails, and dining options await as well.
Inside, relax on the sectional in the open living area while watching TV, fix yourself a beverage at the wet bar, and curl up by the glow of the wood-burning fireplace. Or, kick back in the game room, where a pool table, a wood-burning stove, and a smart TV await.
Prepare delectable feasts in the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances, including a wine fridge. Three can perch at the center island, while the kitchen table seats four. Serve meals at the dining table for eight. An additional table off the dining room seats four.
Host a cookout on the wrap-around deck, complete with a gas grill and a table for six. Four additional decks offer forest views - two are off the game room and two are off the second and third bedrooms.
The four bedrooms include a primary suite that occupies the entire third floor, offering a TV and an en suite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The second and third suites have private decks and en suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, and the fourth bedroom has a bathroom adjacent.
Complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, and firewood for the fireplace and wood-burning stove are provided as well.
This superb location provides easy access to Diamond Peak Ski Resort, Mt. Rose, a golf course, and hiking trails. Drive just a few minutes for access to the lakeside bike path that leads from Old Ponderosa Ranch to Sand Harbor.
THINGS TO KNOW
Incline Village beach access and recreation center amenities (fitness center, pools, group fitness classes, etc.) are no longer available to guests. Beaches outside of Incline Village may be open; visit the Tahoe Public Beach website for details.
This three-story house is accessed via one step at the entry.
Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.
This home is not equipped with air conditioning.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
