Cozy up next to the kiva fireplace in the living room with a book, or for a movie night. The kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances and cookware with honed black granite countertops and imported wall tile. French doors off of the dining room lead to an enclosed coyote fenced patio, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, grilling, and intimate dinners under the night stars. On the second floor, is the light-filled bedroom with a king size bed, mini split, tv to stream your favorite shows, and a full bathroom. For a great night's sleep the bed is fully furnished with custom linens, lofty duvet, feather-weight pillows, and premium mattresses for a goodnight sleep. Must have features include smart tv, high speed internet, and washer and dryer. In addition to the properties amenities is a single car garage with direct entry.
