Recently modernized, you can enjoy a large, west facing living/dining area with balcony that gives you an unobstructed view over 5 St SW and beyond. The west facing view provides endless light which beams throughout the space.
Check-ins are done in person so that we can show you to the parking spot and show you to the suite.
We have portable AC units which are set up in the bedrooms during the peak summer months.
Note that as this is one of the most highly sought after entertainment districts that there can be noise from people, vehicles, etc.
The elevator is fully operational, no issues.
This unit has a doorbell camera and a decibel and motion sensor.
Note that all guests must provide their legal name and phone number. The primary host is required to provide their email address in accordance with the city of Calgary bylaw.
This is a quiet building with residents that are sensitive to noise. We ask that all guests keep this in mind and refrain from wearing shoes inside the home.

Set in a lively outdoor environment, the 17th Ave Retail and Entertainment District spans between 2nd and 14th Street SW, close to downtown and Stampede Park. Boutique shops, fine-dining restaurants, lounges, and inspirational cafes mix to create one of Calgary's most popular lifestyle destinations. There are also a host of salons and spas, business offices and services that include everything from tailors to dentists. 17th Ave has been a popular district for visitors and locals for decades. Come experience all that it has to offer.
2. Mission – 4th Street SW
Hip, inner-city Mission focuses on lively 4th Street, which is dotted with sculptures by local artists and home to stores selling premium wine, indie designer fashion and New Age trinkets. Dining options range from sushi and Vietnamese to French and Mexican, and craft beer pubs, cocktail spots and karaoke bars fill up after dark. Trails line shady Lindsay Park and snake along the banks of the Elbow River.
As this is setup as a full-time short-term rental, you will have full access to the space. This includes parking, everything within the suite, and additional storage if required for longer stays.
There is an abundance of space in this over-sized 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo. Both bedrooms are comparable to one another so you don't need to worry about inequity between the two spaces.
The large open living space provides ample room for you to relax. With a dining space it makes it easy to have meals with your group. Quite unique for a lot of condo's in downtown Calgary.
The patio is a great place to take in the view and enjoy the fresh air.
