This lovely 1BR apartment is the perfect base for the two of you who wish to spend memorable experiences in this lovely city. Features a comfy living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining spot, immaculate full bathroom and shared spacious backyard. Wifi, Washer & Dryer available! Pets are allowed too! Free parking on premises! Conveniently close to restaurants and coffee shops. Visit Congress Park, National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame & Saratoga Spa State Park!

The space:
Conveniently hosting 2 guests, you’ll love resting in this lovely 1bdr apartment as it is absolutely cute and homely adorned with furnishing, decorations and amenities that are guaranteed to make your stay incredibly comfortable and pleasant.

All rooms are adjoined in one long and large space making it convenient for you to swiftly move along each area. Upon entering the house you are faced with the living area where you can take a seat at the comfy couch and enjoy watching TV. Next, we have the fully equipped kitchen where you’ll enjoy cooking your meals. Freely use all appliances and amenities to get creative with your cooking and once done, transfer to the kitchen seating spot, comfortably taking a seat at the two stools.

Moving forward, you’ll enter the super comfortable bedroom that is equipped with a super comfy queen bed to which you’ll definitely enjoy a goodnight’s rest. For extra convenience, bed linens are provided.

The full bathroom is incredibly immaculate and comfortable to use, offering amenities such as hot water, shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer to enjoy warm rejuvenating baths after a long day of exploration. Washer and dryer are available!

The shared backyard of the apartment is incredibly spacious. Take a stroll around when a breather is needed, or use the space to jog every morning so as to not miss your daily exercise routine. Also, don’t worry about leaving your pets behind. Bring them along and play with them outside on the lawn.

Great stay and the pups loved it!

The property was in a great neighborhood and close to Main Street! The home was simple and sweet, had everything we needed since we were there attending a wedding and was super clean too! We had our service dogs with us and they loved the yard! Easy check in too! Highly recommend☺️

Home away from home

I came to Saratoga Springs for a relaxing but active 10-day vacation. This property is in a small, quiet, well-maintained neighborhood on the west side of the charming town, with off-street parking, and it's accessible to virtually all the town has to offer. The apartment is nicely furnished, has a living room with a wide screen tv, a well-equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer, a bed with an equally comfy reading chair and lamp, and an immaculate bathroom with all one could want. The internet was easy to access and excellent. I didn't use the nice private back yard, but it was available. Pretty much perfect for my purpose, and much more reasonably priced that a hotel or motel during racing season! Host Reuben provided information and feedback without being intrusive, and was a fine "landlord."

Wonderful Apartment in Saratoga Springs

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at this adorable apartment. We were in town for a few days for a concert at SPAC. The apartment was within walking distance for us to SPAC, as well as downtown Saratoga Springs. The apartment had everything we could have possibly needed during our stay. We cooked breakfast every morning. The owner was very accommodating and responsive. Overall an extremely pleasant stay. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Saratoga Springs.

Business Week

I was there for a weeks worth of doing training for a company. I was close to where I needed to go each day. Neighborhood was very quiet. Close to a large cemetery that I was able to walk my dog in both morning and evening. Was happy that I was able to bring my large dog with me. Access to the backyard right out the back door in the bedroom was great, as I could keep track of the dog, just had to check to see if the rabbit was in the yard or not before letting the dog out.
