Located close to Disney and all the parks and only an hour to both the east and west coast, this brand new home in the newest hottest community Windsor Island is ready to be your next home away from home. Six bedrooms make this welcoming home the perfect retreat for large groups, families, and couples. When you book this retreat, you and your gang will have access to Windsor Island Resort's community fitness center and rec center.

Upon entering, you will be welcomed by a spacious and light-filled open floor plan, ideal for gatherings. The kitchen is great for both cooking and entertainment purposes; prepare mouth-watering meals thanks to all of the incredible stainless steel appliances available, including a French-door fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Keurig single cup coffee maker. The four-person island is a great spot to keep the chef company while cooking. Moving on to the next space, the living room provides guests with the ultimate relaxation spot indoors. Furnished with an inviting sectional and two chairs, and a Smart TV with cable, this is the place everyone will love to gather at. However, this is not the main draw this home has to offer. Right off of the living room is the enclosed backyard, which offers a screened-in heated swimming pool with a pool spa, a covered patio with an outdoor dining area for six, and two beach chairs. When it comes to relaxation and endless fun, this is the place you are looking for! The heated pool is surrounded by a safety fence, which makes this home also a good choice for groups with children.

Back inside, the ground floor of the home also features a secluded media room with a cozy sectional in front of another wall-mounted Smart TV and a dry bar; a laundry room with a washer/dryer combo; a half bathroom; and a main bedroom with a flatscreen TV and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. Upstairs, you will come across five more bedrooms and three full bathrooms plus an open game room. The game room is ideal for kids and kids at heart. Equipped with an arcade, a pool table, and a flatscreen TV, we don't blame you if you would rather spend your afternoons here than somewhere else.

All bedrooms have flatscreen TVs. The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the other four bedrooms share two full bathrooms. One of those bedrooms is unique, though. It has a Harry Potter theme, which is just perfect for the wizards of the group!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
