Inside the home, there's one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on the ground floor, and all remaining rooms and living areas are found on the second floor. The living room features large sliding patio doors leading to a covered deck, perfect for your morning coffee or watching the sunset in the evening. The kitchen is beautifully designed and features stainless steel GE Monogram appliances, as well as a dining table with bench seating on one side. Just past the kitchen you'll find the remaining guest bedroom and shared bathroom, along with the primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and large walk-in closet. You'll have a work desk in each bedroom and a private washer and dryer to ensure everyone looks their best during your stay. The home is fully equipped with all your household essentials; basic cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, all linens, beach towels, all applicable detergents and soaps and a starter pack of paper products.

Your family will love exploring every area of Mission Beach, from the sights and sounds of the five-mile-long boardwalk to the excitement of Belmont Park, the beachfront amusement park which houses the historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster! It’s a short walk from this rental property to many entertainment options everyone will enjoy, from the legendary San Diego Zoo to the splashy fun of SeaWorld, or well-known Balboa Park. The boardwalk has loads of trendy shops and restaurants to enjoy as well. You simply cannot run out of things to do in this area.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
