(Montague is located 25 miles north of Muskegon and 25 miles south of Silver Lake.) This private Lake Michigan frontage vacation rental provides a peaceful, wooded setting over 4 acres for your entire family to enjoy. The beach frontage is only 12 steps away, so it easily accessible for the whole family!. You will enjoy sunset views from the house or the incredible deck, or just sit inside and view it through the giant windows.

There are a total of 5 bedrooms, 2 on the main floor and 3 upstairs. Three of the bedrooms have queen beds, one bedroom has a full bed, and the last has 5 twin beds! Perfect for all the kids to sleep together. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping! This home also features 3 full bathrooms, 2 on the main level, a full and half bath on the upper level. The deck features plenty of room to sit and enjoy the stunning views of Lake Michigan or a meal cooked on the gas grill. You can even lay out on the lounge chairs or bring dinner outside at the outdoor dining table. Coming up from enjoying the wonderful beach, shower off in the outdoor heated shower!

Montague is located on the shores of Lake Michigan and White Lake. Weather Street hosts the world's largest weather vane, which stands 48 feet high, spans 14 feet and weighs 4,300 lbs. Bring your golf clubs and enjoy Old Channel Trail Golf Course located 3 miles from this home. Montague's dining scene skews toward locally owned establishments, such as the casual Dog 'n Suds Drive-In on Dowling Street. Ferry Street's Book and Nook Java Shop serves a quick cup of coffee. For more extensive dining options, travelers must turn to the city of Whitehall, located about 1 mile away.

Muskegon is located on the shores of Lake Michigan. We are also home to many state parks, including P.J. Hoffmaster State Park, where you can find 10 miles of hiking trails and a beautiful beach. Take a trip to downtown Muskegon where you will find a variety of breweries and restaurants to enjoy. Muskegon is also the home to The Lakes Mall, which is surrounded by shopping, food and fun! Plan on spending a day with your family at Michigan's Adventure for a day of action and excitement. If you desire a day relaxing in the sun, head to the Muskegon River or the White River where River Rat Rentals and Happy Mohawk Canoe will rent tubes and canoes for your family to calmly float down the river.
