Refundable Security Deposit: AED 5,000. Note: This will be returned pending an apartment inspection between 7-14 working days

Bookings are subject to Tourism Dirham tax amounting to AED 40 per room per night, for a maximum of 30 consecutive nights.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out no later than 11:00 PM. Meet and greet service onsite is available from 9:00 AM till 8:00 PM.

The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation.

Strict cancellation policy applies - to receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
