Guest Access:
Guests have private access to all 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, living areas, laundry room, and back yard. Only the locked owner's closet is unavailable. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway and on the street.

Self-entry via electronic lock, meaning quick easy access for everyone in the group. An early check-in may be requested, and will be accommodated if possible.

The Neighborhood:
The property is located in Westerly Hills just minutes from the airport, with tons of restaurants, bars, retail, and shopping close by. Many of Charlotte’s most popular areas are just a short drive away including Uptown, Southend, Dilworth, Plaza Midwood, and Noda.

South End 3.7 miles | 9 minutes
Uptown 3.9 miles | 7 minutes
Dilworth 4.4 miles | 10 minutes
Noda 7.9 miles | 14 minutes
Plaza Midwood 7.2 miles | 14 minutes

Getting Around:
Many local restaurants and bars are just a short drive away. Plenty of Ubers are available at this location.

Other Things to Note:
The home is friendly to both pets and small children, pending they are house trained :). We do NOT allow cats. Any and all pets MUST be approved, requiring a non-refundable pet fee of $150 to be paid prior to check-in. Any unapproved pets will result in a $350 fine. If pets will be in the property over 1 week, MyTripify reserves the right to require guests to purchase travel insurance.

We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.

The minimum age to book the property is 25 years old.

If the booking party is under 25, they may submit the ID of any guest who will be staying at the property. If no guest meets the age requirement, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a refundable* $1000 security deposit. Alternatively, the reservation may be canceled based on the regular cancellation policy, and the guest will be refunded according to the listing's cancellation policy.

*If an additional security deposit is collected, it will be refunded after the guest checks out and the house is inspected for any damage. In case of damages, the amount required to repair or replace the damaged items will be deducted from the security deposit.

Interaction with Guests:
