Rancho Haven crafts the perfect balance of location, space, and amenities to create the ideal Scottsdale getaway. Boasting 6 spacious bedrooms, a den and 1 bedroom Casita with 3/4 bathroom a private heated pool and hot tub, a state-of-the-art theater room, a fun game room, an outdoor fireplace, an outdoor barbecue, mountain and city views, an outdoor sports court, and so much more you will never have a dull moment!

Each bedroom boasts soft linens, high-definition television, a designated wine closet/sitting area, and spacious layouts.

Things To Do

You'll always be entertained with the fun game room with a pool table and golf-arcade machine, or enjoy ping-pong in the Arizona room! Get into your comfy attire for movie night in the private theater room. End the day by taking a dip in the hot tub on cool evening nights.

Outdoor Living

Take advantage of Arizona's beautiful weather and enjoy it with privacy! Sunbathe on one of the comfortable lounge chairs, cool off in the sparkling year-round pool, have some fun on the sports court, roast marshmallows on chilly nights, and much more! The large patio provides plenty of seating, an outdoor barbecue grill, a fun corn-hole game, a gazebo with a remote-controlled gas fireplace, a putting green, an outdoor shower, and more! The resort-inspired grounds will be your perfect Arizona sanctuary.

You are minutes from top Scottsdale attractions such as Barrett-Jackson Auto Show, the TPC Phoenix Open, Salt River Fields, Scottsdale Stadium, Aquarium, Robust Nightlife, tons of Golf Courses, and so much more! Essentials such as coffee shops, famous restaurants, and grocery stores are minutes away. Enjoy hiking trails (McDowell Mountain), bike trails, and much more nearby.

House Rules
*If you enjoy Keurig coffee we do encourage bringing your favorite pods with you.
*Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard. Pool Service is every Monday and Thursday. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
*No pets allowed
*Pack & Play and Highchairs - $40 each
*Pool heat can be scheduled for $200+ tax per day (must be scheduled at least 3 days before check in)
*Quiet hours are enforced from 9pm-9am
* A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. Please leave it where it gets left.

For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If your stay is longer than a few days you will need to bring these items with you. Thank you

*Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we'll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.
