5 min walk from door to Tour de Big Bear start line at Snow Summit. No need to drive and look for parking, easy walk from your door to lifts and entire Snow Summit complex including restaurants, bars, sports shop, Grizzley Ridge Tube Park, Patrol (first aid), Security (lost and found), ticket windows, ski/snowboard school, intermountain shuttles to Bear Mt & all off site parking lots.
This condo is literally next door to Snow Summit. Take your time getting ready and just walk over to the lifts. It features a deck off two of the bedrooms and a balcony off of the living room next to the cozy fireplace.
In the summer its an easy walk to the scenic Sky Chair, all the best hiking trails and it's just a quick drive to the lake. There is even boat parking available if you're bringing your own.
The Summit Bike Park offers beginner areas packed with full introductory wood features, small jumps, and berms, as well as a top to bottom beginner trail with gentle, sweeping berms, minimal pedaling or breaking, and picturesque lake views.

This cabin was perfect for our family get together. Just minutes from the ski slope and Linda the owner was great. She was there to meet us and even found me out on the ski area to make sure everything was ok. The cabin was warm and cosy and had absolutely everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was great!
Linda, the owner, met us at the condo to check us in. She was extremely helpful and very well organized! Her condo is really nicely decorated, and has great seating, lots of beds, and a well equipped kitchen. On top of that, it is just a couple of minutes' walk to the Snow Summit lifts -- very convenient!
We would highly recommend staying here!

A cozy 3 bedroom condo at the base of Snow Summit - 5 minute walk to Chair 1 and comes with parking so you can leave your car at condo and walk right to the slopes! The condo has washer/dryer, a landing to store your boots and skies, and 2 full baths. Owner is very nice and easy to communicate with - really enjoyed our stay.

Great condo in excellent location. We arrived the day after Christmas to find the condo decorated for Christmas. There was even a Christmas tree in the living room. All rooms were comfortable with everything you expected.
We walked to Snow Summit and enjoyed 3 days of skiing, snow boarding.
