Located in Oak Bluffs, the newly renovated 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom has a cozy, modern charm that will make you feel at home in the Vineyard. From the kitchen or living room and along the surrounding patio areas, you can take in the panoramic views of Brush Pond, the Lagoon, and the Drawbridge and indulge in its picturesque sunsets.

Traditional Vineyard charm, modern sensibility, and outdoor elements work together to create this perfect vacation home. Outside, a bounty of trees, flowers, and lush greenery create a true haven of tranquility. Inside, stunning natural light shines throughout the home, creating an open, bright, and airy space designed with relaxation in mind. Enjoy your morning coffee or glass of wine with a fantastic view that spans the perimeter of the spacious, open kitchen, dining, and living room. The living room features a comfortable sofa, swivel chair, and mounted smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with new, high-quality stainless appliances and new cookware, glassware, and all you’ll need to enjoy your meals with a view. The dining area can comfortably seat up to 4 people (with extra chairs for 6). Outdoor furniture includes patio seating and Adirondack chairs, perfect for the evening sunset. Additional amenities include a Laundry room, desk/office space, spa-quality bathroom essentials, and a collection of family board games.

The spacious living room opens with lots of natural lights and features a comfy couch and a TV with streaming apps available.

There is free parking available for 2 cars within the property premises.

The home is equipped with security cameras located on the exterior of the property. There are NO cameras inside the home. There are smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and a first aid kit available.

The home comes with a dishwasher, high-speed WiFi, a hairdryer, and smart TV for your streaming apps. (Please use your own log-ins for Netflix, Hulu, etc., and make sure to log out of your account prior to checking out.)

• HOUSE RULES •
PETS: This property is not pet-friendly. Unauthorized bringing of pets will have a penalty of $300 which will go towards a deep cleaning of the property.

CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If we're able to accommodate an early check-in, there's an early check-in fee of $50 starting at 10AM. Please check the availability of early check-in prior to booking.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 11AM. We do not allow late check-out as we schedule cleaning ahead of time. Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes.

SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or outdoor spaces including the balcony and terrace. There is a smoking fine of $300 if there is evidence of smoking inside the property.

NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 10PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors as this property is situated in a quiet neighborhood. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund.

DAMAGES & LOSS: I would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. You will be responsible for any damages or loss in the property which will be deducted from your security deposit. Please advise me of any damage or loss immediately upon discovery.

UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited. Given the COVID-19 situation, no other guests outside the reservation are allowed on the property.

• DAMAGES & LOSS: We would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. You will be responsible for any damages or loss to the property which will be deducted from your security deposit. Excessive damage to the property will have a liability of up to $5000.

Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. There will be a $200 charge for lost keys. Lock replacement is mandatory for the safety of future guests.

• UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited. Given the COVID-19 situation, no other guests outside the reservation are allowed on the property.

Beautiful views and great location!
This house is in a great location and a quick drive to both Vineyard Haven and Oak Bluffs. The views are lovely and nice for bird watching. The house is equipped with everything you need for your stay. We would definitely rent here again!

The cottage is lovely and the area is very scenic and quiet. It also had everything we needed to fix meals, which we truly appreciated. The linens and bathroom were super clean. We enjoyed hours of rest and relaxation on the deck.

Beautiful Property with Amazing View
The property was well kept, bright and beautifully decorated inside. Outside was the breathtaking view of the lagoon. We enjoyed sitting outdoors watching the ducks and cranes in the lagoon after a day at the beach & shopping downtown. Everything was a close bike ride away, yet we felt like we were far away from all of the busy day to day downtown. I would highly recommend this property. Thank you.
