Each of the four spacious bedrooms is thoughtfully decorated and equipped with 4K TVs so everyone in the group can enjoy their favorite entertainment from the comfort of their rooms.

Experience luxury and comfort in the stylish master bedroom, which is outfitted with a plush king-sized bed, memory foam mattress, and a selection of both firm and soft pillows to ensure you get a good night’s sleep no matter what your pillow preference is. The huge walk-in closet offers plenty of space to unpack your things, and there is a cozy reading area with a sofa, armchair, and 50” 4K TV. A sliding door leads to the beautiful ensuite bathroom. This room also has access to the patio and swimming pool through a sliding glass door.

The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed topped with a comfy memory foam mattress, pillows of varying firmness, and access to the patio where you can enjoy some fresh air without having to go through the main house.

The third bedroom contains a charming four-poster queen-sized bed with a memory foam mattress and a large closet to store your things. The final bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed that’s perfect for the kids in your group. If you’re traveling with your little ones, there’s plenty of space for them to play in this room and you’ll find a pack n’ play, a stroller, and a highchair available for your convenience!

The modern master ensuite bathroom has been newly renovated and offers his-and-her sinks to make it easy for two people to get ready for a night out on the town. This bathroom has plenty of cabinets to store your toiletries, a sleek tiled walk-in shower, and a large soaking tub to relax in after a long day of shopping or visiting local attractions.

The attractive and bright second bathroom has a double vanity and a shower/tub combo. Each bathroom is stocked with plush towels, washcloths, makeup towels, soaps, and shampoo for your convenience.

Keep your clothes clean with the in-suite washer and dryer located in the laundry room. You’ll find laundry detergent, an iron, and an ironing board in this room to keep your clothes fresh during the entirety of your stay.

The open-concept common space is perfect for entertaining the whole group. The sleek gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a wine fridge, a stainless steel oven and gas stove, and a dishwasher. The wooden dining table has seating for 8 and is the perfect spot to tuck into a tasty meal before you retreat to the lounge to relax. The airy lounge features a huge sectional couch, so you can spread out while watching a movie on the 55" 4K TV. The light-colored walls and floor-to-ceiling glass doors brighten the whole room. Keep cool on hot summer days with the central air conditioning or enjoy the coziness of the indoor fireplace in the winter.

If you need to finish some work during your trip, the well-appointed office includes a charming wooden desk, a comfortable office chair, high-speed internet, and a wireless printer. This quiet space also includes an armchair, so you can get some reading done away from the group. Don’t want to be stuck inside? Our fast 640 Mbps WiFi blankets the entire property, so feel free to take your laptop out by the pool without sacrificing your internet connection.

Step out onto the impressive patio, where you can enjoy full days relaxing by the private pool. Please note that it can be heated upon request for an additional charge of $75 per day. The shimmering pool provides plenty of depth and is the perfect way to cool off on hot summer days.

When you’re not in the pool, there’s plenty of outdoor seating to lounge on, including reclined chairs, a large covered sectional couch, and a day bed that provides shade. The backyard is great for quiet strolls in the morning or for active kids wanting to play. In the evening, turn on the string lights to illuminate the patio with a pleasant ambiance while grilling up dinner on the BBQ. Enjoy a meal at the outdoor dining table for eight. Or, gather around the fire pit for some quality time under the stars.

There are two parking spaces available in the garage, a parking space in the driveway, and free street parking.

Guest Access:
As a guest, you’ll have access to the entire home including the private pool and patio. We encourage you to use all the amenities available, including the office space, laundry, soaking tub, high-speed internet, and children’s accessories.

This neighborhood is easily accessible, with well-lit sidewalks, bike paths, and ridesharing. The smart lock provides contactless and keyless entry for your convenience.

During the summer months, the Arizona monsoon season brings heavy rain and strong winds which causes the pool to be filled with dirt and debris. As much as possible, we make sure to keep the pool clean and ready before you check in but since this is something we can’t control on our end, please note that a refund due to the pool’s condition during this season will not be possible.

We will have the pool ready for your check-in but daily cleanings are not included. The pool is equipped with a long pole and hand skimmer for removing debris during your stay. If you would like us to request our pool maintenance company to do an on-demand visit, you can request this but additional charges may apply.
