Spacious and well maintained Mainsail townhome. Mainsail is a 15-acre gated private beach-front family resort with 700' of private beach. Includes beach service (2 chairs/umbrella) March - October. Kayaks and paddleboard are available to rent on the beach. It is located across the street from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall and 2 miles from the popular Village of Baytowne Wharf. Mainsail is convenient to fabulous golf courses, deep sea fishing, snorkeling, biking, shopping, great restaurants, water parks, and many fun family activities!

You will check-in at the security gate and issued a parking permit(s). There is 24/7/365 security in the community. You are limited to 7 guests and 2 cars on property.

Prior to check-in I will reach out to obtain the following information for the security gate:

Emergency cell number

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef. Located about 685 feet out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (next to Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. It is recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reef. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often.

Housekeeping provides you an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent pods, and trash bags to get you through your first few days.

Security cameras are present in common community areas such as pools, security gate, workout room, etc...

The townhouse is not "baby/toddler-proofed" (no gates, cabinets not locked, plug-ins not covered, etc...).

This is not a good complex for loud parties as security will enforce quiet hours and will not hesitate to involve police. Quiet hours are 10:00 pm-8:00 am CST.

Pool hours are 9:30 am - 10:00 pm CST
Golf carts, trailers, campers, and skateboards are not permitted in the community

Community amenities such as pools, hot tub, tennis courts, basketball hoop, etc.. are subject to closure due to weather, safety, maintenance, or at community discretion. Refunds will not be issued due to community amenities being closed.

Cable and WiFi Internet are provided. Host is not liable for any refund or credit should there be any interruption of service. Nor is host liable for any issues with internet speed and connectivity. Should there be an outage please contact me ASAP and I will contact the provider.
